A Reunion Party

It has been more than 2 years since my friends and I went out for a party. It was Anne’s birthday and we just celebrated it in a small bar in the city. That was really memorable. She left for Canada after a couple of weeks then.

Most of my friends already have their own families and are living abroad. Anne just called this morning me and asked me to prepare a party for her comeback (giggling). It seems like yesterday since we saw each other and sung and dance our all time favourite party songs from Swing Out Sisters, Fatima Ray and Madonna (kinda’ oldies – har har har). Oh! That’s one of the best times of my life.

I’m actually thinking of having the party in a bar where we celebrated her birthday two years ago but someone said that Hen Weekends is a great place for ladies parties. One of my colleagues also told me that they have partner bars in our town so I just have to inquire later.

I think this year is great one for me. Well… my sister is coming in November while my friends and I will be reunited again after two years of long distance communication. We actually never ceased to contact each other but it’s really exciting to know that we’ll be reunited to have some fun again… just like the old times =)
